Boston PRIME.
A skills-driven developmental baseball program for ages 9 to 17. Seventeen teams, 230 players, position-specific skills work every night, based at Extra Innings Watertown with off-season work in the Boston College and Harvard bubbles.

Ages 9 through 17, two rosters at most age groups, every one of them practicing position-specific skills on a nightly schedule.
A staff that has done it
Two former professional players, two MiLB coaches, four Division I coaches, and a regional hitting instructor on the floor.
One record, tryout to college
Registration, tuition, practice attendance and every measured swing in the tunnel live on the same athlete record. Nothing to re-enter, nothing to chase.
FACILITIES
Home base, and two bubbles for the winter.
Prime trains out of Extra Innings Watertown year round and moves outdoors-indoors in the college bubbles from November to March.
Extra Innings Watertown
Seven full-size hitting and pitching tunnels, HitTrax and TrackMan, a pro shop, weights and plyo equipment, homework stations, film review, and a player and family lounge.
Boston College bubble
Inflatable practice structure, November through March, 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Harvard bubble
Above Harvard Stadium: two complete baseball infields, four indoor batting cages and 12 pitching mounds.

PRIME IMPACT
It is a gift to play baseball.
Prime Impact is how the program pays it forward: a Thanksgiving food drive to start, and donations that fund school tuition and other assistance for players and families in need, throughout the year.
